আল্লাহ অশান্তি ও বিশৃঙ্খলা সৃষ্টিকারীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন না

আল্লাহ অশান্তি ও বিশৃঙ্খলা সৃষ্টিকারীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন না

وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ يَدُ اللّهِ مَغْلُولَةٌ غُلَّتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَلُعِنُواْ بِمَا قَالُواْ بَلْ يَدَاهُ مَبْسُوطَتَانِ يُنفِقُ كَيْفَ يَشَاء وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُم مَّا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ طُغْيَانًا وَكُفْرًا وَأَلْقَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاء إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ كُلَّمَا أَوْقَدُواْ نَارًا لِّلْحَرْبِ أَطْفَأَهَا اللّهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا وَاللّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ


The Jews say: ”Allâh’s Hand is tied up (i.e. He does not give and spend of His Bounty).” Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for what they uttered. Nay, both His Hands are widely outstretched. He spends (of His Bounty) as He wills. Verily, the Revelation that has come to you from Allâh increases in most of them their obstinate rebellion and disbelief. We have put enmity and hatred amongst them till the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war, Allâh extinguished it; and they (ever) strive to make mischief on earth. And Allâh does not like the Mufsidûn (mischief­makers).


আর ইহুদীরা বলেঃ আল্লাহর হাত বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে; তাদেরই হাত বন্ধ হোক; একথা বলার জন্যে তাদের প্রতি অভিসম্পাত; বরং তাঁর উভয় হস্ত উম্মুক্ত;

তিনি যেরূপ ইচ্ছা ব্যয় করেন; আপনার প্রতি পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে যে কালাম অবর্তীণ হয়েছে,

তা উল্টো তাদের অধিকাংশের বিদ্রোহ ও বাতিলের পূজা বৃদ্ধির কারণ হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে;

আমি তাদের পরস্পরের মধ্যে কেয়ামত পর্যন্ত শত্রুতা ও বিদ্বেষ সঞ্চারিত করে দিয়েছি; তারা যখনই যুদ্ধের আগুন প্রজ্জলিত করে, আল্লাহ তা নির্বাপিত করে দেন; তারা পৃথিবীতে অশান্তি উৎপাদন করে বেড়ায়; আল্লাহ অশান্তি ও বিশৃঙ্খলা সৃষ্টিকারীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন না.

তিরস্কার ও বিলাপ থেকে মুক্ত থাকা

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) observed:


Two (things) are found among men, which are tantamount to unbelief:


1. Slandering one's lineage and

2. Lamentation on the dead.

Sahih Muslim Hadith 128 Narrated by AbuHurayrah


আবু হুরায়রা (রা) থেকে বর্ণিত,


রাসুলুল্লাহ(সা.) বলেছেন,



এমন দুটি স্বভাব মানুষের মাঝে রয়েছে যা কুফরীর (অবিশ্বাসের) অন্তর্ভুক্ত


1. কারো বংশ তুলে তিরস্কার করা.

2. মৃতের জন্য বিলাপ করে কান্না-কাটি করা.

বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি বন্ধ করো

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَى مَا فِي قَلْبِهِ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ الْخِصَام وَإِذَا تَوَلَّى سَعَى فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ الْحَرْثَ وَالنَّسْلَ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَاد وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُ اتَّقِ اللَّهَ أَخَذَتْهُ الْعِزَّةُ بِالْإِثْمِ فَحَسْبُهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَلَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ

মানুষের মধ্যে এমন লোক আছে পার্থিব জীবনে যার কথা তোমার কাছে বড়ই চমৎকার মনে হয় এবং নিজের সদিচ্ছার ব্যাপারে সে বারবার আল্লাহকে সাক্ষী মানে;

কিন্তু আসলে সে সত্যের নিকৃষ্টতম শত্রু; যখন সে কর্তৃত্ব লাভ করে, পৃথিবীতে সমস্ত প্রচেষ্টা-সাধনা নিয়োজিত করে বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি এবং শস্যক্ষেত্র ও মানব বংশ ধ্বংস করার কাজে;

অথচ আল্লাহ এ বিপর্যয় মোটেই পছন্দ করেন না; আর যখন তাকে বলা হয়, আল্লাহকে ভয় করো তখন আত্নাভিমান তাকে পাপের পথে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করে দেয়, এই ধরণের লোকের জন্য জাহান্নামই যথেষ্ট এবং সেটি নিকৃষ্ট আবাস


There is a certain type of man who charms you in this worldly life with his glib talk. He calls Allah to witness again and again that he cherishes good intentions in his heart, whereas, in fact, he is the deadliest opponent of the Truth.When he gets power he directs all his efforts towards spreading mischief in the land, destroying harvests and killing the human race whereas Allah (Whom he makes his witness) does not like mischief.And when it is said to him, "Fear Allah," vanity seizes him and makes him adhere to the sin. Hell is the proper place for such a person and it is a very bad dwelling indeed.

সম্পদের হিসাব দাখিল

একবার দ্বিতীয় খলিফা হযরত ওমর ফারুক (রা) তৎকালীন মিসরের ওয়ালী (গভর্নর) হযরত আমর ইবনুল আস(রা) কে পত্র লিখলেন যে-

"আমি জানতে পেরেছি যে, আপনার কাছে উট, বকরী, গরু, ঘোড়া এবং গোলাম রয়েছে; ওয়ালী নিযুক্ত হবার আগে এসব আপনার ছিল না এবং এজন্যে আপনাকে অর্থ দেয়া হয়নি; এরপরও এ সম্পদ আপনার কাছে কোত্থেকে এলো; আমার কাছে আপনার চেয়ে উত্তম মুহাজির ছিলো,যাদেরকে আমি ওয়ালী নিয়োগ করতে পারতাম; কিন্তু এ পদ যদি আপনার লাভ এবং আমাদের ক্ষতির জন্য হয়, তাহলে আপনাকে কেন অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে? এ সম্পদ আপনার কাছে কোত্থেকে এসেছে তা শীঘ্র লিখে জানান"

হযরত আমর ইবনুল আস(রা) সে পত্রের এ জবাব দিলেন-

"আমীরুল মু'মিনীন! আপনি আমার সম্পদ সম্পর্কে যা লিখেছেন তা ঠিক; এখানে জিনিসপত্র সস্তা এবং লড়াই হয়ে থাকে (যা থেকে যুদ্ধলব্ধ সামগ্রী অব্যাহতভাবে প্রাপ্তি ঘটে); বস্তুতঃ অনুমিত অর্থ দিয়ে আমি এ জিনিষ ক্রয় করেছি; যদি আপনার খেয়ানত বৈধও হতো, তাহলেও আমি খেয়ানত করতাম না; কেননা আপনি আমার ওপর আস্থা এনেছেন; রইলো আপনার সেই কথা; আপনি বলেছেন যে, আপনার কাছে আমার চেয়ে উত্তম মুহাজির ছিলো; তাহলে আপনি এ পদ তাদেরকে কেন দেননি; আমিতো এজন্য আপনার দরজা খট খটাইনি(কখনো ধরণা দেইনি)"

হযরত ওমর ফারুক (রা) এ জবাবে সন্তুষ্ট হলেন না; হযরত মাসলামা আনসারী (রা) কে তিনি এক ফরমানসহ হযরত আমর ইবনুল আস(রা) এর কাছে মিসর প্রেরণ করলেন; ফরমানে নির্দেশ ছিলো যে, আপনার সমগ্র সম্পদ তার সামনে রাখবেন; সে তার অর্ধেক (অন্য বর্ণনায় যতটুকু ঠিক মনে করবে) বাইতুল মালের জন্য নিয়ে নেবে.

এ ব্যবস্থায় হযরত আমর ইবনুল আস(রা) খুব দুঃখিত হলেন ঠিকই কিন্তু আমীরুল মু'মিনীনের (সরকারী ফরমান) নির্দেশ পালন করলেন এবং সমগ্র সম্পদ হযরত মাসলামা আনসারী (রা) –এর সামনে পেশ করে দিলেন; তিনি তা থেকে অর্ধেক(বা কিছু অংশ) বায়তুল মালে (সরকারী কোষাগার) নিয়ে নিলেন ও বাকী অংশ ফেরত দিলেন.

وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ لاَ تَعْبُدُونَ إِلاَّ اللّهَ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَاناً وَذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَقُولُواْ لِلنَّاسِ حُسْناً وَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتُواْ الزَّكَاةَ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّنكُمْ وَأَنتُم مِّعْرِضُونَ

وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَكُمْ لاَ تَسْفِكُونَ دِمَاءكُمْ وَلاَ تُخْرِجُونَ أَنفُسَكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ ثُمَّ أَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ
ثُمَّ أَنتُمْ هَـؤُلاء تَقْتُلُونَ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَتُخْرِجُونَ فَرِيقاً مِّنكُم مِّن دِيَارِهِمْ تَظَاهَرُونَ عَلَيْهِم بِالإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَإِن يَأتُوكُمْ أُسَارَى تُفَادُوهُمْ وَهُوَ مُحَرَّمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ إِخْرَاجُهُمْ أَفَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِبَعْضِ الْكِتَابِ وَتَكْفُرُونَ بِبَعْضٍ فَمَا جَزَاء مَن يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ مِنكُمْ إِلاَّ خِزْيٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُرَدُّونَ إِلَى أَشَدِّ الْعَذَابِ وَمَا اللّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ


যখন আমি বনী-ইসরাঈলের কাছ থেকে অঙ্গীকার নিলাম যে, তোমরা আল্লাহ ছাড়া কারও উপাসনা করবে না, পিতা-মাতা, আত্নীয়-স্বজন, এতীম ও দীন-দরিদ্রদের সাথে সদ্ব্যবহার করবে, মানুষকে সৎ কথাবার্তা বলবে, নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা করবে এবং যাকাত দেবে, তখন সামান্য কয়েকজন ছাড়া তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিলে, তোমরাই অগ্রাহ্যকারী।

যখন আমি তোমাদের কাছ থেকে অঙ্গীকার নিলাম যে, তোমরা পরস্পর খুনাখুনি করবে না এবং নিজেদেরকে দেশ থেকে বহিস্কার করবে না, তখন তোমরা তা স্বীকার করেছিলে এবং তোমরা তার সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছিলে।

অতঃপর তোমরাই পরস্পর খুনাখুনি করছ এবং তোমাদেরই একদলকে তাদের দেশ থেকে বহিস্কার করছ। তাদের বিরুদ্ধে পাপ ও অন্যায়ের মাধ্যমে আক্রমণ করছ। আর যদি তারাই কারও বন্দী হয়ে তোমাদের কাছে আসে, তবে বিনিময় নিয়ে তাদের মুক্ত করছ। অথচ তাদের বহিস্কার করাও তোমাদের জন্য অবৈধ।


তবে কি তোমরা গ্রন্থের কিয়দংশ বিশ্বাস কর এবং কিয়দংশ অবিশ্বাস কর?


যারা এরূপ করে পার্থিব জীবনে দূগর্তি ছাড়া তাদের আর কোনই পথ নেই। কিয়ামতের দিন তাদের কঠোরতম শাস্তির দিকে পৌঁছে দেয়া হবে। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজ-কর্ম সম্পর্কে বে-খবর নন।


And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none but Allâh (Alone) and be dutiful and good to parents, and to kindred, and to orphans and Al-Masâkîn (the poor),and speak good to people [i.e. enjoin righteousness and forbid evil, and say the truth about Muhammad Peace be upon him ], and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât. Then you slid back, except a few of you, while you are backsliders.


And (remember) when We took your covenant (saying): Shed not the blood of your people, nor turn out your own people from their dwellings. Then, (this) you ratified and (to this) you bear witness.


After this, it is you who kill one another and drive out a party of you from their homes, assist (their enemies) against them, in sin and transgression. And if they come to you as captives, you ransom them, although their expulsion was forbidden to you. Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allâh is not unaware of what you do.

রাষ্ট্রীয় তহবিলের আমানতদারীর নমুনা

রাষ্ট্রীয় তহবিলের আমানতদারীর নমুনা

ইসলামের প্রথম খলিফা আবু বকর (রা) খিলাফতের প্রশাসনিক ক্ষমতার ন্যায় রাষ্ট্রের অর্থ-সম্পদকে এক বিরাট আমানতরুপে গণ্য করতেন।

জীবিকা নির্বাহের জন্য তিনি ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য করতেন বলে প্রথম দিকে তিনি রাষ্ট্রীয় তহবিল হতে কোন বেতন-ভাতাই নিতেন না। কিন্তু পরবর্তী কালে খিলাফতের কাজে সার্বক্ষনিক ব্যস্ততার ফলে ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য অচল হয়ে পড়ায় তিনি রাষ্ট্রীয় তহবিল হতে একজন সাধারণ নাগরিকের ন্যায় নামমাত্র ভাতা গ্রহণ করতে শুরু করেন। এতে তার পরিবারের ভরণ-পোষনের কাজ কোন প্রকারে চলে যেত।

এই পরিস্থিতিতে তার স্ত্রী এর মধ্য থেকে কিছু খাদ্য জমিয়ে একদিন একটি মিষ্টি খাবার তৈরী করেন। খলিফা অবাক হয়ে স্ত্রীকে প্রশ্ন করলে তার স্ত্রী নিয়মিত বরাদ্দ হতে কিছু কিছু খাদ্য বাচাবার কথা খুলে বলেন। শুনে খলিফা মন্তব্য করেনঃ যে পরিমাণ খাদ্য বাচিয়ে এ মিষ্টি তৈরী করা হয়েছে, তা আমাদের না হলেও চলত। কাজেই ভবিষ্যতে বায়তুল মাল (সরকারী কোষাগার) হতে ঐ পরিমাণ খাদ্য কম আনা হবে।

রাষ্ট্রীয় তহবিলের আমানতদারীর ব্যাপারে তিনি কতখানি সতর্ক ছিলেন, এই ঘটনা হতে তা প্রমাণিত হয়।
