The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
Ten are the acts according to fitrah (nature):
1. Clipping the moustache,
2. Letting the beard grow,
3. Using the tooth-stick,
4. Washing nose with water
5. Cutting the nails,
6. Washing the finger joints,
7. Plucking the hair under the arm-pits,
8. Shaving the pubes, and
9. Cleansing one's private parts (after easing or urinating) with water.
10.Rinsing the mouth.
রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেন-
দশটি জিনিস মানুষের ফিতরাত বা স্বভাবজাত। সেগুলো হল-
১. গোঁফ কেটে ছোট রাখা।
২. দাড়ি ছেড়ে দেওয়া।
৩. মেসওয়াক করা।
৪. পানি দ্বারা নাক পরিস্কার করা।
৫. নখ কাটা।
৬. আঙ্গুলের জোড়া সমুহ ধোয়া।
৭. বগলের পশম তুলে ফেলা।
৮. নাভির নীচের পশম চেঁছে ফেলা।
৯. প্রসাবের পর পানি নেওয়া।
১০. কুলি করা।
